Inventory Accumulation is derived by taking a specific time period, a specific area(s), the number of properties listed, the number of properties sold, and the number of remaining properties still unsold. Once calculated, the chart shows how long it would theoretically take to sell the remaining unsold properties.
It appears that for the current year 2008, there is a 15.5 month supply for Toledo, a 7.6 month supply for Perrysburg, and a 10.1 month supply for Maumee.
These statistics are for all price ranges combined.
